How long to get your order?

Since the large amount of order Giste.online receives every day, it will take 1-3 working days to process your order. After that, your product will be shipped through the USPS and delivery to your hand. This duration often take 10-20 business days and it was our deficiency to not inform these information before your purchase.

Where is my order?

Orders are approved once payment has been received and all shipping and billing information has been verified. This process is usually automatic, but under extenuating circumstances may take up to three business days. Each item that is purchased requires a specific processing time before your order can shipped. The processing time is different for each item and the expected delivery date is listed under the item’s description page, just under the item’s image. Transit time does not begin until your order ships from our manufacturer and is calculated by business days. Business days do not include weekends or holidays.

Once your items goes into production, you will receive a shipping confirmation e-mail with your tracking information… Letting you know it is on it’s way. 

IF you do not see movement of your package this means the label has been printed and it is being prepared for shipping you should see movement within 5-7 business days.

  • Your order information has not been updated on your account
  • Delivery time frame has passed and you have not received an update on your package

Why don’t I have my order yet if the money was taken out of my account? 

This is how shopping works.  You pay first, then receive your item based on what is promised on the product page.  We do not offer Cash On Delivery for our items. This is not a restaurant where you could potentially receive your items before you pay.

Order lost or stolen

If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it, you must address this with the United States Postal Service or your country’s Post Office. 

Giste.online does not hold responsibility for packages that state to be delivered and we do not issue refunds for packages that state being delivered. 

With that being said, please always check with neighbors and family members if your items show delivered because over the years we have seen that 2 out of 3 times someone put the package away and did not let that person know.

Damaged or Defective Merchandise

All damaged/defective merchandise must be reported within 48 hrs of your order’s received date. If we are notified of your damaged item(s) after this time frame, we will be unable to process your request. 

Giste.online Support will replace your item immediately.  The item will need to be returned to us first and your exchange will be processed upon receipt of the merchandise.

The cheapest way to ship items back to you?

We recommend using a flat-rate padded 9-1/2″ x 12-1/2″ envelope from the US Postal Service for the cheapest way to send in returns & exchanges.

My address is incorrect

Giste.online.com is not responsible for an entry error on your part and can not resend item out until the original was returned undelivered from the post office.

Changes to your address/options of product can be made within 24 hours of placing your order when submitted by e-mail to support@Giste.online.

I ordered the wrong product, can you correct it?

Please contact support@Giste.online to cancel your order and you will be refunded immediately. Then you can place your order correctly at this time.

I would like to cancel my order

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us within 24 hours support@Giste.online. After 24 hours the item will be sent to production. At that point it cannot be cancelled.  

Where are my items coming from?

Although our fulfillment house is located in the USA, some of our specialty items are located in other countries such as Australia, Germany, United Kingdom and China.

Will my items be sent in one package?

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be 
sent in separate packages, even if you’ve specified combined shipping.
Please keep this in mind when receiving deliveries.
